The sixth phase of the Lok Sabha elections 2024 recorded a 58.98% voter turnout across 58 constituencies in six states and two Union territories. West Bengal led with over 78% turnout, while Bihar and Uttar Pradesh saw lower participation at 53.19% and 54.03%, respectively. Delhi recorded 54.37%, Haryana 58.24%, Odisha 59.92%, and Jharkhand 62.66%. The Anantnag-Rajouri constituency in Jammu and Kashmir saw its highest turnout in decades at over 51%. President Droupadi Murmu and other prominent leaders cast their votes early. Sporadic violence was reported in some areas of West Bengal. Final turnout numbers may slightly increase.
