Two people were killed on the Colonelganj-Huzoorpur road in Gonda, Uttar Pradesh, when a car from the convoy of BJP Lok Sabha candidate Karan Bhushan Singh, representing the Kaiserganj constituency, ran over bikers near Baikunth Degree College. Rehan and Shehzad, the victims, were declared dead at the hospital, while another individual sustained injuries. The driver of the Fortuner has been arrested, and the vehicle is registered under Nandini Educational Institute. Eyewitnesses confirmed the SUV belonged to Singh's convoy. Karan Bhushan Singh is the son of former WFI chief Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh, who faces separate charges of sexual harassment. Police are investigating the incident further.
